Michael started his real estate career in 2013. In 2014, Michael received rookie of the year award from Keller Williams Realty Landmark II, and rookie of the year award (Career Launch Award) from Keller Williams Realty International. In 2016, Michael was named one of the “Top 20 Under 40” realtors by LIBOR. In 2022, Michael serves as the new Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Realty Landmark II. During his years in business, Michael has sold nearly 100 homes and has generated close to $100 million in sales. Michael was born in China and raised in New York, so there is no lack of cultural diversity as Michael is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Fuzhou dialect.

 

Prior to real estate, Michel was the Business/Finance Manager for Cablevision Media Sales (Now Altice Media Solutions), in which he managed P&L of over $100 million dollars. His past experience as a business manager in operations has taught him the integrity, honesty, and the responsiveness one needs when it comes to servicing clients. Combined with his strong background in finance and his experience in real estate sales, Michael has become one of the most desirable agents in the market today. 

 

Aside from work, Michael enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and exploring new interests and hobbies. He is happiest when he is with his wife raising their two children in their hometown of Queens NY.
